This skirt is in good condition! I didn't find any holes or spots, but there is a pull on the front. This skirt has a nice weight to it! It’s definitely thicker than a normal pencil skirt.

measurements with the skirt laying flat- waist 14.25", hips 17.5”, and from the top of the waist to the hem 22"
