One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on all Products. Warranty will start from the date you make purchase and the date you contacted us with complaint. Please eBay message us with defect or complaint about product. Please do not send us any item without RMA number. If in case you do send us product back without RMA#, That return or exchange will not be honored. Once we have received your return, Our QA department will conduct an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the guidelines and the product is actually ours. Please note that will not be responsible for any warranty on parts not installed by an ASE certified mechanic. We do need proof of installation with receipt for warranty purposes. If in case you received defective broken part. We will be more than happy to replace it or issue a refund after receiving the part back. Products may be returned for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products returned after 30 days are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
