----Battery quick connectors and plugs come in a limited range of colors and a variety of sizes. Grey, and red, are the most common colors. Color is important because a grey plug can only be used with another grey plug and a red plug with another red plug.
Are red and grey battery plugs compatible?
----Please note red battery plugs will only plug into another red plug. They are not compatible with any other color. The genuine grey plugs are not compatible with red plugs. They are keyed slightly differently meaning they will not plug into each other / mate.
