This bag is used in fair condition. There is a lot of wear on the zipper pulls and metal accents to where the paint has rubbed off. The plastic bumpers on the back and bottom and side are scratched up from use. Some wear in the fabric. There is a missing zipper pull on one the compartments but still works. All zippers and wheels and handle work all blemishes are superficial.
