We reserve the right to ship only to a "PayPal Confirmed" address on all transactions. We reserve the right to cancel your payment, if it does not pass verifications. 

Return Policy:

All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to ensure a proper and expedient return/replacement or refund. The RMA number is provided upon opening a return request. Please include the printed RMA number in your return.

Returns on Original Condition/Unopened Items

All items in the Original Condition/Unopened may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping/handling and insurance are buyer responsibility.

Items must be returned in the exact condition of receipt. All original packing materials, boxes, manuals, accessories and warranty cards must be unscathed and included in your return to qualify for any replacement, exchange or refund. Each item has a serial number assigned from the factory and is attached to your order. Returns with mismatched or altered serial numbers are not returnable. Opened, used, or damaged products will be subject to a restocking fee dependent upon item condition.

Opened, non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Return shipping/handling and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees are calculated based on the condition of the product returned and will vary in accordance to the return issue.

Please return all merchandise within a shipping carton and do not write on the original manufacturer's box.

While most returns are processed within 1 business day, please allow up to 72 business hours after your return has been delivered to our warehouse for all returns to be processed.

All returns/replacements must be received by our facilities within 10 business days after the receipt of an RMA # and within our guidelines of acceptable items and conditions for returns. Shipping, handling and insurance for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns with Postage and Delivery Confirmation Guide

If you are sending the item within the United States, follow these guidelines:

Items valued at $100 or more: Insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.

Items valued over $35: They must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service.

Items below $35: We suggest using USPS delivery confirmation service.

To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, in some circumstances it may be required additional information and documentation from you, such as a government-issued photo identification, to consider processing a return or providing a refund or replacement. All personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with eBay’s Privacy Policy.
