* NOTE:  Since I've never used this nor removed it from its box, I am assuming that the item is in great working order, since it is BRAND NEW.  The box has been in our house closet.  NEVER been dropped, etc.  So it should be just fine.

* Therefore, I am selling it "AS IS".
