This is a possibly Murano glass vase acquired in the 1980s. We think it is by a Toso studio, probably more modern than we thought. A Freund expert says it isn't by him, though we saw some similar body design vases by him. We apologize for this recent attribution. It is more sapphire blue than cobalt, and clear enough to see through in spite of the partial all-over pattern.
Has 6 palpable dimples, giving it a very retro mcm look. We'll call it semi mosaic There are many patch-like shapes in fine-grain coppery gold (all the big irregular shapes are normal gold crust but changed colors when added to eBay. Sorry!) and the darker blue rounder shapes are lightly crusted with obsidian for extra-soft muting of the subtle sparkles.
It is about 12.5"h and about 6.5" at the widest. No damage or issues! (always stored).
Amazing and different from every angle!
Ships UPS to the USA and to eBay's eIS center to ship abroad.
