due to recent reports of breakages of smaller scale figures it has become necessary to send some figures with print supports (sprues) still attached.
if unsure wether this would apply to the item you are looking at please get in touch to clarify.
Also i sell items from multiple different designers who set the scales for their designs and i adjust accordingly. some of the designs do NOT match univerally to exact heights so if an items height is critical to your needs then again please contact me beforehand.
it is now policy to not send replacement parts or models. if the item has been broken during delivery then im happy accept the return for a refund within 30 days of sale but no replacement figures will be sent free of charge.sometimes In the 3d resin printing process, the inclusion of drainage holes is a critical design consideration for ensuring the success and quality of the printed parts. Before shipping these items i seal up the holes by curing a small amount of resin over them to ensure that any residue resin does not leak out during shipping. these holes are placed to cause the least amount of interference with aesthetic of the model but its not always possible. THIS IS NOT UNCURED RESIN OR GLUE. A gentle rub of the area with sandpaper will allow the model to be painted with no ill effects. Returns will not be accepted in the future because people fail to read item descriptions and anybody attempting to abuse the system and claim the item is defective due to these marks will be reported to ebay.
