ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:

All of our products are 100% authentic. We specialize in the purchase of clearance, overstock, past season products, retail transfers (both current season and past season), samples and outlet exclusive styles therefore we are not authorized resellers and our products do not carry a manufacturers warranty. Sometimes our products are not found on the manufacturers website. This will commonly be the case if they are a past season product or an outlet exclusive style only available at a brick and mortar store locations.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Buyers are responsible for any import fees or taxes associated with your purchase. These are usually paid upon receiving your item. You can find out more about these fees from your local post office or customs office. We do not accept returns from international buyers.

RETURNS:

We offer 30-day returns for customers located in the USA. To file your return request and print a return label from home just visit your my eBay purchase history via a desktop or laptop computer:

Items must be returned in the condition they were sent. For example, a new with tags item must be returned new with tags in unworn condition. Items cannot be returned that are worn or in damaged condition (without tags, perfume, cologne, deodorant, smoke, damaged, etc)

OUR PHOTOGRAPHS:

We photograph all of our items ourselves and in a natural light setting with professional photography equipment. While we try to photograph each items color accurately sometimes screens can display colors differently. Slight differences in color can be expected. If you have questions about a color, we suggest you do an image search of the item from your favorite search engine. For example, you can search “North Face TNF Red” and get many examples of that color from the web. 

EXCHANGES: 

We do not offer direct exchanges and do not hold items. If you need to exchange for another size simply purchase the item you want and return the item that you do not via the return policy above. All of our items are first come, first serve.
