I’ve had this for years. I think I might’ve worn the pendant one time with a black velvet tie might’ve been a choker. I don’t remember. It’s been about 20 years since I wore it but it’s way too pretty just sit in my jewelry box. There’s no markings on it of any kind so I have no idea the maker or the actual date, no stones are missing. I have some little pads that slide over the clips . I will include them.
