This listing is for a complete CNC DS Flexion stepper/servo motor cable kit with ground buss for four CNC axis meaning this kit supports four motors, and drives.
If your system is using multiple axes then you will require one of these kits per axis your robot has.
(This kit will allow you build a single motor cable for your CNC robot, and it also includes you're CNC controllers ground buss bar which is required)
This kit includes the following components:
120Ft. piece of 18AWG 4 lead Double Shielded DS Flexion Robotics Grade Cable. (This cables outer diameter is 9.3mm with a minimum bend radius of 2.9in)
4-GX-16 male "butt" connector (This is to be installed on your motor's leads)
8-GX-16 female connectors (This is to be installed on the included DS Flex motor cable)
4-GX-16 Pre-wired with18awg silicone leads (this is to be installed in your CNC electronics enclosure)
1-tool less mounted ground buss with12 solder type ring connectors (Every CNC controller requires this for proper motor cable shield drain grounding)
This cable is rated to 600v, and 105 degrees Celsius (221 degrees Fahrenheit), and is designed for applications where an ultra flexible double shielded cable is required. This cable is professional ULTRA FLEX Robotics grade, and features both Mylar foil, and tinned braided copper shielding with integrated yarn separators between each of its four leads.
It also features Integrated shield drain allows for simple grounding.
