POLICIES

All orders will be reviewed, fulfilled, and shipped within 2-4 business days of placing the order. Service times for delivery are listed on our service map on the home page of the website.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products or are reporting any external or internal damages, you may request a refund or substitute product within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us to receive return authorization prior to returning the product. 

Any refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days of receipt of the returned product and take 5-7 business days to appear on a customer’s statement.

·       Individual Open packages cannot be returned.  Any returns will be inspected by the factory first before any credits/refunds issued.

·       A 25% restocking fee will be for returns or cancellations for COMMERCIAL customers and a 30% restocking fee will be for returns or cancellations for RESIDENTIAL customers.  A return label will be provided, and the customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from any refund.

·       Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
