This product is just a "weighing and dispensing controller", which customers can use to control their own pumps or solenoid valves to achieve smart weighing and dispensing.

About the outer casing: The outer casing of the product is the "shell mold of the common electronic weighing scale on the market". The outer shells of different batches of products will be slightly different, and the functions are exactly the same.

About the power supply: The product has its own internal battery and is equipped with a charger, which is fully charged for 8 hours. If you need to use it permanently, always plug in the charger when you use it.

Basic functions of the circuit:

Set the weight to be fed, manually open the feeding device, the electronic scale weighs the added weight in real time, and automatically closes the feeding device when the set weight is reached. In the automatic mode, the feeding device can be automatically opened by sensing the weight of the empty bottle.

The control principle of the feeding equipment:

Control of other devices is achieved by controlling the conduction and disconnection of the two clip contacts. The two clip contacts do not output a voltage, but control the on and off between them, which is equivalent to a switch. It can control any voltage (water pump, solenoid valve, or other feeding equipment) with any voltage between 0-220V. DC and AC can be controlled. If you want to control a three-phase motor, you need to add an AC contactor. If the power of the motor is too large, add an AC contactor.

Weighing range: The default pressure sensor for this product is:

Note:

This product is only a controller. The machine has an interface line for controlling the water pump switch. The controlled external equipment such as the water pump needs to be prepared by itself.
