These leaves fell naturally from our huge 80 year old mature Live Oak Trees, and were hand gathered fresh this year. These trees have never been treated with pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides of any kind in their life time. A professional arborist inspected these trees this year and all are in extremely healthy condition.

Even though the leaves are 100% organic and heat treated, use the leaves at your own discretion, you can take even further steps by boiling or microwaving them if you prefer.
