Condition: Very Good condition, with normal letter folds it has been used and signed. One flaw is a pin hole upper left.
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the item that is for sale.
Approximate size of this check is 8 1/4" X 3 1/4".
