This solid white v neck tank top has ruffled shoulder straps. The fabric is stretchy ribbed knit. The center of the front is ruched. I also have this listed in sizes 1XL & 3XL.

It is a size 2XL.

The measurements are 19" and stretches tight at 26" from one underarm seam to the other, the bottom is 18 1/2" across, and the length measures 19 1/2".
