Slipknot Sam Training Shoelaces Paul Bennell book and CD 

Good preloved condition with minor shelf wear. The plastic compartment where the laces sit has been affected by yellowing, but the laces inside are fine (I have checked them and they are okay) There's a tiny bit of dirt under the seal holding the plastic lace case in. The CD and booklet which sit inside the first page of the book are in good condition also.
