This organization was formed in 1925 by Ohio native Charles Kettering. A  well respected holder of 186 patents. I looked at the annual awards given to members at the conference, a McFeely Award is given for leadership but does not resemble this. So I'm not sure what purpose this piece has or had ?

It is heavy brass, gold plated with 2 threaded studs on the back side. 3&1/2" round. Minor surface imperfections but overall excellent condition. View pictures. A really nice collectible!
