SHIPPING

Listings that offer free shipping services are valid ONLY for the lower 48 Continental states. If you are not part of the lower 48 states, please contact us for shipping rates.

Unless stated otherwise, all orders will ship within 1-2 working days of your payment being processed. We will use USPS or Fedex, according to the location and package weight.

We ship globally when permitted using eBay’s GSP (Global Shipping Program); the item is sent to a logistics center in KY and shipped from there to the rest of the world. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

FREIGHT SHIPMENT: In case of heavy items, such as crated engines, transmission or large packages, we use freight service companies according to your destination. This service is provided from our warehouse location ZIP 78043 to your destination. Price includes only delivery to commercial address with a docking facility and forklift capabilities. We also need a current email address to process your order please kindly provide one.

An additional charge has to be quoted like home delivery, or business delivery without a docking facility, or use of gate lift, please contact us to arrange any additional charge.

RETURNS

We stand behind our products. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date you receive the merchandise; ONLY if the item is not as described. Return Items must be in the original condition it was received, and with the same original packaging. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, liquid, neglect, abuse, or misuse. We would not honor the warranty if you modify or replace the item or any part of it or replace serial numbers. Damages resulted during shipping should be reported to the dispatcher, we require clear pictures of the damage and please send us an email and pictures, with your case. Please contact us before returning an item for further instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility and expense of the buyer.

If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value. If you return an item because you do not like it a restocking fee of 20% will be charged. In this case shipping expenses will be cover by the buyer.
