This solid light gray short sleeve top is soft knit with an elastic waist. The sleeves have bands of elastic near the bottom that creates a ruffle. It has a v neck.

It is a womans plus size 3XL. It is stretchy. From one underarm seam to the other it measures 24" and the length from the shoulder down is 28".
