Uses and Characteristics:
ZNN-D6B six-speed rotational viscometer is mainly used for Newtonian fluids, non-Newtonian fluid viscosity test and the measurement of rheological parameters, research. The instrument and the U.S. FANN35 six-speed rotational viscometer is exactly the same, according to the multi-point measurement of the numerical value of the rheological curve, to determine the liquid in the flow process of the flow pattern. Selection of the appropriate formula, non-Newtonian fluids for better measurement. It can be used for the study and analysis of the rheological parameters of drilling fluid on site, and at the same time, it can be used for the determination of a series of technical parameters such as dynamic and static shear force, fluidity index and consistency coefficient, etc. It is beneficial to the safety, speed and science of drilling fluids. It is conducive to the needs of safe, rapid and scientific drilling. There are two kinds of speed adjustable. It has the characteristics of convenient operation and accurate testing.
This product adopts high-quality stepping motor, synchronous belt, push-button or touch-screen speed control, pointer or digital display of viscosity value, with easy operation, beautiful appearance, low failure rate, easy maintenance and so on.
 
 
Instrument viscosity calibration:
-Calibration conditions:
The ambient temperature should be controlled at 20±5℃. Adopt the refined petroleum products 20 40 100# standard viscosity oil calibrated by the measurement department, the temperature should be controlled at 20±0.2℃.
-Calibration method:
Place the instrument on the horizontal calibration table, turn on the power, adjust the speed to 300r/min, stop. Separately inject the standard viscosity oil into the sample cup at the mark, and make the standard viscosity oil temperature constant temperature at 20 ± 0.2 ℃, stand for 10 minutes. Refer to Chapter 5 section "Steps" will be mounted on the instrument, rising tray so that the standard viscosity oil level in the sample cup to reach the outer cylinder at the line. Start the motor, respectively, to record the dial readings, three consecutive measurements under the same conditions readings, fill in the "test table", calculate the average value, and has been calibrated standard viscosity oil power viscosity value for comparison, the determination of its 1 ~ 25 mPa . s error of ± 1 mPa . s; 25 mPa . s more than the power viscosity error of ± 4%. If the error is large, refer to the third item in this section for "torsion spring adjustment".
-No-load zero calibration:
Instrument to 300r/min idle, the dial pointer zero swing shall not be greater than 0.5 frame. If the pointer zero swing is large, you should remove the shroud, loosen the screws, hand pinch the adjustment ring, adjust the zero position. Tighten the loosened screws and press on the shroud.
 
 
Maintenance and care of the instrument:
1. The parts of the instrument in contact with the sample, such as the outer rotating cylinder, inner cylinder and sample cup, must be cleaned after testing. The outer cylinder must be mounted on the instrument to protect the inner cylinder shaft.
2. When the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be placed in a dry environment, and no oil lubrication is required for normal use.
3. The inner cylinder is hollow structure, should be cleaned and dried in time after each test, and the conical hole should be blocked by fingers when cleaning, so as to avoid dirt and liquid from entering the cavity.
4 The weight of the inner tube is 70±5g, the surface of the inner tube cone hole shall not be scratched, collision.
5. Each time you install the inner tube, you should move gently, when installing, hand holding the inner tube counterclockwise rotation upward force, unloading the inner tube should be counterclockwise rotation downward force, so as to avoid bending and deformation of the inner tube shaft.
6. When handling and storing the torsion spring assembly, it should be held and put down gently to avoid deformation.
7. When moving, repairing or cleaning the instrument. Hold and place lightly so as not to deform the parts and affect the accuracy and use.
8. When repairing and moving the instrument, cut off the power supply before troubleshooting and moving.
9. After each use, the instrument should be wiped clean and placed in a dry environment.
