Vintage Small 4 1/2" wide cardboard box when folded together (shipped flat like you see in the picture). Says "Kaucky's Brest-Tea Formula No. 9 "Kaucky's Pharmacy Berwin, Illinois". It pictures someone who I can only guess is Mr. Kaucky. The back has directions that tell you how to use it and says it contained "Althea Root, Raspberry Leaves, Elder Flowers, Fennel Seed, Irish Moss, Licorice Root, and Linden Flowers". It was supposed to help coughs. use.  Unused boxes from around c-1910. I only have the Five Boxes listed unless I can find more.
