The Flamberge rotisserie is a wall-mounted gas rotisserie. Built with a concave cast iron back wall, it is heated by a powerful gas burner placed under three motorized skewers. The synthetic ceramic wicks on the bottom light up (as you can see in the photos), allowing the radiant heat to gently cook the food as it slowly rotates on the spit, close to the flame. The rotisserie includes a steel sauce/drip tray, and 4 small metal skewers of different sizes (for skewers, sardines...). 

This particular rotisserie has only been used, briefly, by our family, and is almost new. 

We decided to sell it because at the moment we no longer cook for as many people as we used to, and we hope that it will find a new home where it can be used to its full potential.

The object is currently in Bologna. Of course we are available to answer any questions and show it live before finalizing the purchase. 

If the potential buyer is also interested in the Cornue Chateau kitchen, the two items together are offered at a total price of 30,000 euros.

Il girarrosto Flamberge è un girarrosto a gas a parete. Costruito con una parete posteriore concava in ghisa, è riscaldato da un potente bruciatore a gas posto sotto tre spiedi motorizzati. Gli stoppini di ceramica sintetica posti sul fondo si accendono (come si può vedere dalle foto) consentendo al calore radiante di cuocere delicatamente i cibi mentre ruotano lentamente sullo spiedo, vicino alla la fiamma. Il girarrosto include un vassoio raccogli-sugo/gocce in acciaio, e 4 piccoli spiedi in metallo di diverse dimensioni (per spiedini, sardine...). 

Questo particolare girarrosto è stato utilizzato, poco, solo dalla nostra famiglia, ed è pressoché nuovo. 

Abbiamo deciso di venderlo perché al momento non cuciniamo più per tante persone come un tempo, e speriamo che trovi una nuova casa dove poter essere usato con tutte le sue potenzialità.

L'oggetto è attualmente a Bologna. Naturalmente siamo disponibili a rispondere a qualunque domanda e a farlo vedere dal vivo prima di finalizzare l'acquisto. 

In caso il potenziale acquirente fosse interessato anche alla cucina Cornue Chateau, i due articoli insieme vengono proposti al prezzo complessivo di 30.000 euro.
