Cover is detaching but in good condition. Showing minor signs of age, wear and handling. Cover and pages are clean, in good condition, the colors are vibrant, the pages are all firmly bound. Overall, it is in good to very good condition. It measures approx. 8 1/4" x 11". Small tear at bottom front.
