The plate depicts a ship with a seven-branched Menorah in its hull and a Star of David between its sails. Under the hull of the ship are the title

"L'Exodus" and the artist's signature - "W.

Schiffer". Impressed on verso: "Monnaie de Paris by Puiforcat - France"

The plate is marked E.A. /2000 first edition.


This plate is a proof before the edition of 2000.
