Returns and Exchanges

1.If you have any questions you may reach us via ebay message.

2.Please Do Not click "Return this item" in any situation as following picture shows. Because sometimes it will spend more time to resolve the issue for those items needn't to be returned for a replacement after fully communication. Click "Contact seller" via Ebay Message(protected by Ebay),that is the fastest way to solve any problem for you.

3.A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all need returned packages (After we have a fully communication). Please contact us to get an ""RMA"" number before you ship your items back to us. Items returned without an ""RMA"" number would be ignored or delayed in processing. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by our customer service.

4.All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee and handle fee.(For example,you brought wrong item or cancelled order after item was shipped).

5.All return products should be in brand new state with all accessories included.

6.Refunds will be given via paypal only.

Payment

1.Only PayPal accepted.

2.Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed; Otherwise Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay.

Warranty

1.We fully guarantee customers an exchange or refund within 30 business days of receipt if item DOA (damage on arrival).

2. Warranty excludes normal product lifetime wear-out, wear and tear or abuse.

3.Warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper application, improper installation or alteration.

4.For malfunction products under warranty period, please contact our customer service via EBay Message.
