Precautions

1) The pressure measured by the digtal manifold pressure tester is gauge pressure.

2) Pressure testing ranges from -101Kpa to 6Mpa (-0.1bar to 60bar).

3) The limit pressure is 10 Mpa (100 bar).

4) The maximum operating pressure of standard hose is 600 PSI ( approximate 4.13 Mpa, 41.3 bar ).

The limit pressure is 3000 PSI approximate 20.68 Mpa, 206.8 bar ).

5) Please confirm the rated pressure value of the tested equipment before testing.

Precautions

1.A deviation of 3% between the measured temperature of the digital manifold gauge and the actual temperature is allowed.

2.The burst pressure of the hose set is 3000PSI.

3.Before the temperature test,please pay attention to the conversion between temperature units(Fahreheit and Celsius).The temperature unit is an impottant factor affecting temperature measurement.

4.Judge whether the temperature is accurate:Put the temperature clamp into boiling water at a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius.If the measured temperature is 100 degrees Celsius(plus or minus 3% error allowed).)it is normal.

5.According to the current level of hardware processing.The valves of digital manifold gauge on the market cannot achieve 100

% sealing,and the valve sealing performance of our product is around 99%,A slight leakage will not affect daily use.

6.Before using the device,please ensure that the accessories are properly connected to the host.Incorrect connection will affect the normal operation of the device.For example,improper connection of the temperature sensor will affect the temperature measurement result,and improper connection of the refrigerant pipe will cause refrigerant leakage.A good connection is a prerequisite for normal use.

7.In order to ensure correct use, after the HVAC gauges is turned on, press the ZERO key to clear the number.
