We have a great Pearl Izumi Technical Wear cycling jacket, and it is fully lined. The color was hard to capture in the pictures--it is a pinkish red and lime color. It has an adjustable cord on the right hip, but I cannot get it to cinch on the left side. I don't know if it is something I'm doing, not doing, or if it was supposed to be that way. Just in case, we are selling it with the cord as-is.
