• Shipping costs listed are to the 48 contiguous states. If you are outside the 48 contiguous states or need faster delivery service, please contact us for additional shipping charges.

• A direct signature will be required for every order over $100.

• Orders will be processed 24-48 hours after payments are received. We process orders during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm PST. We will not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

• Estimated delivery time for ground service is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. We must have your telephone number before we ship to provide to the shipping company for contact.

• You may return up to 2% of product for full credit within thirty (30) days from purchase date.
