Personalisation will be carefully inscribed by hand.
All available stock is listed and items dispatched from the UK.
Choose from three to six family member decorations and three different colour child/baby decorations (with additional space for inscription on the bauble). Additionally, we have a bone version for the dog in the family.
Please submit personalisation with order.
All items are made of resin and hand decorated in colour enamels and glitter and attached to a red ribbon ready for hanging. Minor variations are expected.

Postage and packaging costs are included in the price you pay.
We aim to pack and despatch all our items within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) on receipt of cleared funds.
Items purchased on Friday and over the weekend will usually be despatched on Monday.
We will only deliver to addresses with a UK Postcode. Incorrect addresses and postcodes may delay delivery.
Under no circumstances will we deliver outside of the UK.
Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel
Remorse returns are not accepted for personalised items as these items are made to order. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Faulty/Damaged products
If the item is faulty or damaged in transit, we will pay for it to be returned and replaced or refunded. Please contact us before returning an item, any unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Incorrect Orders/Substitutes
In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or substituted item, please accept our apologies and contact us to inform us of our mistake.
Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt and subject to stock, we will ship your correct item or offer a full refund.
Please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded.
