Personalized by Beth specializes in new baby coming home outfits and baby shower gifts that are lovingly made in Cypress, TX.

You will receive either

(1) One Personalized Infant Gown in the color you select

(1) One Personalized Infant Gown AND (1) One Beanie Hat in the color you select

The design in the photos is permanently printed onto the garment with the personalization you have provided during checkout.

Items are 100% Polyester OR 65% Polyester 35% Cotton. This item can be washed and dried in a washing machine on cold, and dried on low.

Hat dye lots may not match 100% to the gowns. I do my best to color match but that is not always possible.

Sizes are approximations and fit most babies in the sizes stated, however babies come in all shapes and sizes and I can not guarantee it will fit every baby.

USPS Ground Advantage, can take 3-7 business days to receive
USPS Priority generally takes 3-5 business days to receive
USPS Express is a guaranteed shipping service and takes 1-2 business days.

Please purchase shipping accordingly to receive the item in time.

If you haven't received your order and it has been over 10 business days since it shipped, please contact me and I will be happy to provide a replacement.

If your item shows it has been delivered, no further refunds or replacements will be offered.

International shipping
I do not offer international shipping directly due to the lack of tracking to many places, and taxes/customs fees. However if you wish to take the chance I offer the international shipping with Ebay, where it gets shipped to a US center, then shipping is assessed and re-shipped to you.

Return Information

Returns/Refunds
Personalized items do not qualify for returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges if the item is made exactly as it was ordered.

Replacements are only available if Personalized by Beth has made the item incorrectly or the item is physically damaged. Buyer must contact Personalized by Beth with in 24 hours after receiving the item with any issues and buyer must show photo proof the item was incorrectly made or physically damaged.

If the item was made incorrectly due to buyer providing incorrect information, there will be no returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges offered. Buyer will be responsible for re-purchasing a new item with the correct information.

FORCED RETURNS
Forced returns are not accepted, no refunds will be offered if the item is returned to me due to insufficient address (post office can not deliver it to you for whatever reason), you fail to pick the item up from the post office, you refuse the package. If this happens I will contact you about the issue and request that you pay to have the item shipped to you again. If the address is correct but the post office failed to deliver it for whatever reason, there is no additional shipping fees required.
