Vtg 80s Victor Costa Plaid Black, Green And Red Tartan Party Dress 8.

This is a striking tartan plaid taffeta party dress from Victor Costa.

I have always admired Victor Costa dresses and this one, from the 1980’s is really wonderful and appears unworn.

The dress is strapless and lined with tulle for fullness.

The bodice has stays and a great plaid bow above the black velvet that ends at a drop waist line.

The dress is a good fit on my size 8 mannequin.

I estimate this dress to be a modern day size AUS8.
