Super nice piece, measures 12" x 10.5" closed.  Full of black and white cartoons, suitable for coloring if desired.  The middle spread is a whole 2 pages of Marginal Gags, suitable for framing.  Does have some wear but for its age is in nice shape.  There are a couple of small notches on 2 page edges, may have a bent corner here or there.  Top right corner shallowly crinkled.  Has been kept in cool dark storage.  Includes leap year.  There are a few random squares with small letters or times, most pages are unmarked.  There is "Love Affair" written on the back cover, which may be the signature of a band I followed.  I am not certain but know it's not my writing.  Again, not in perfect shape so please read all.  This was mine growing up.  It's just fantastic for the fan.
