This is a STUNNING evening gown by Neil Bieff! He started his fashion career as an assistant to Arnold Scaasi. Widely recognised across the USA for his stunning couture fashions

It’s fully embellished with sequins, embroidery and beading and it’s in perfect condition!

Two super thin shoulder straps. The bodice is covered in tiny matt black sequins except for the minutely embroidered cabbage roses in purple, pink and red each with a black jet bead cluster in the centre.

The top layer of the skirt is a layer of sturdy black hand made lace on top of a purple satiny underskirt. Below that is a layer of black tulle and finally next to the skin a black simple underskirt.

All of this gives the overall effect of a puffy dramatic skirt with plenty of movement both walking and dancing.
