How our services work?

All of the items we sell are fully reconditioned and tested by our qualified engineers on site to the highest standard and it has a 12 month warranty.

Direct Service: For this service, the customer just purchase the item and we will post it to them.

Exchange Service: Our exchange service is simple. Click the "Exchange Service" link followed by clicking "Buy it now". Please note before an exchange service can take place you must send your faulty item together with a copy of your eBay order details or PayPal receipt to Returns.

NEWCASTLE HEATING AND PLUMBING LTD,  WINGROVE HOUSE, PONTELAND ROAD, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, NE5 3AJ.  Once we are in receipt of your PCB, Fan or Diverter valve etc we will dispatch a replacement the next working day.

Advance Replacement Service: If you would like to receive your reconditioned part first, please select the "Advance Replacement Service". You will be charged a deposit of £30, which will be refunded upon receipt of your old part. Feel free to contact us if unsure.  

How to re-claim your deposit: Deposits must be reclaimed within 30 days of your purchase. You will need to send your faulty part together with a copy of the invoice we provided you and send it to Returns Department, NEWCASTLE HEATING AND PLUMBING LTD,  WINGROVE HOUSE, PONTELAND ROAD, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, NE5 3AJ. Deposits will be refunded using your original method of payment. Please note customers will need to pay for postage and packaging for the return of the faulty part.

Delivery

Same day orders made before 3pm, dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class service signed for. We cannot guarantee next day delivery. However, most first class deliveries are made next working day.

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us before returning any items (this is to help us process any refunds more efficiently). Returns must be made within 30 days as per Ebay policy.

If you are not happy with your purchase please return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The entire amount paid will be refunded via PayPal. Any and all costs for postage returns will not be refunded. Any damage caused to the manufacturer's packaging will result in rejection of the return; this includes the manufacturer's seal being broken. Note:  When you return faulty parts customer pays return postage. Please ensure whilst buying, that the part you are buying is the correct one required, as we charge a 20% restocking fee.

WRONGLY SENT ITEMS

We will either supply a stamped addressed return envelope or we will pay any return postage costs incurred, and will offer a full refund.

WRONGLY PURCHASED ITEMS

Items that we have charged postage for & that are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (this is to cover Ebay fees). Items that we have sent free postage & that are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (this is to cover Ebay fees). We will also deduct the original amount of postage from the refund amount.
All Returns must be unused & returned with their original packaging.
We do not accept any not required / wrongly purchased electrical items back (including printed circuit boards).
