Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. We ship our products primarily through FedEx Ground. We only ship our products within the 48 continental states and do not ship to APO/FPO/PO boxes.
Return
All of our products come with a return period of 30 days from the date of original delivery. If within the 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or no longer need the item (if unopened) we will assist you with a return for refund?to the original form of payment. Please note 20% restocking fee will be charged if the item not have any problem.
If there is an issue of damage, please send us pictures through mail. Depending on the damage, we will take further action to solve the problem as soon as possible. There are times when we can use the pictures as the actual return, thereby eliminating the time and hassle of packaging up the product and returning it to us for an exchange or refund.
