***RETURNS, SCALE, ETC:
1. Unless stated otherwise in the listing, ALL items sold by Lovvbugg are WARRANTED ONLY to fit AG 15- and/or 18-inch dolls and their most popular clones.
2. Your payment indicates your agreement NOT to use the Returns button on your side. Send a message using the ''Other'' subject. A return IS A DISPUTE ON EBAY! Customer pays return shipping in buyer's-remorse/changed-mind circumstances. On eBay, the customer is required to contact the seller before opening a dispute OR leaving poor feedback. If you don't, it will be removed.
3. PICTURE always required for claims of defect or fit problems. ''Does not fit'' claims will not be accepted without picture on doll showing doll's face. We cannot guarantee to fit every doll ever made. If you still buy and our items do not fit your doll, ''buyer's remorse,'' you can return but at your own expense and a restocking fee of 20%, as well as actual outbound shipping charges, will be subtracted from the refund. Also, if you bought after linking into eBay from a Google ad and we were charged for that, this amount will be subtracted from the refund. Outbound shipping is never refundable to us so we don't have it to refund to you. We do not refund outbound shipping.
4. Again, your payment is your agreement. If you use the return dispute button and Ebay's computers automatically approve an incorrect return DISPUTE at our expense, a report will be filed and you will not be allowed to continue to save at Lovvbugg. See Items 2&3.
5. Scale is in the eye of the beholder. Virtually nothing is made to 1:5 scale. We’ve spent a lot of time & money finding the best items we can offer you. Many people wrongly perceive scale as if the AG girl dolls are adults (1:4, or 6 ft tall; Abe Lincoln was considered a giant at 6 feet tall)! Nope! they are 9 YEARS OLD--and people have historically been shorter than they are now! For example: tables are high; most food is a little bit large. Think of a small 9-year-old holding a full-sized item. Claims of incorrect scale will not be accepted. We've been doing this for almost-30 years now.
