Chair models 

The cushions fit the Ercol  Evergreen 1913 - 7913 armchairs. We offer three different configurations to suit your preferences:

• "seat only cushion" - Many of our customers prefer the "seat only cushion" option, and we've extended the original seat cushion. This design eliminates any gap between the seat cushion and the chair's backrest, ensuring a cohesive look and superior comfort.
• "seat and back cushions" - In line with Ercol's iconic design, the Evergreen armchair features a distinctive back cushion shape. Crafting an exact replica of this shape in foam core can be a challenge. Hence, we've crafted the back cushion inspired by the Ercol Tall Back 478 and 415 armchairs. This ensures that it upholds the Evergreen chair's original aesthetic while providing optimal support.
• "seat, back and arm support cushions" - the seat and the arm support cushions are made as per Ercol original design. The back cushion aligns with the Ercol Tall Back design, as described above. This combination ensures the utmost comfort and retains the classic Ercol charm.

Attaching cushions to the chairs

• the seat cushion has no fixing straps and sits on the armchair seat frame
• the back cushions come with velcro fixing tapes which wrap around wooden spindels of the back frame.
• the arm support cushions are attached to the wooden arm frame with the help of the press studs.

Foam core inside of the fabric cover

• fire-resistant high-density (blue) and soft density (pink) foam cores
• wrapped into polyester wadding (dacron) and stockinette to ensure the cushions do not go flat and do not lose height over time.
• the seat cushion comes with a 12 cm thick foam core (blue)
• the back cushion comes with 115 cm thick foam (pink)
• the arm support cushions come with 1.5  cm thick foam (pink)
