Easy to Melt

Thanks to their petite, round shape, these dark coating wafers are much easier to melt and use than block chocolate, and save the time and hassle of tempering chocolate. To ensure a hard, glossy coating on your dipped or coated items, melt the wafers carefully over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until the product is smooth and melted to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The ideal working temperature is 100 - 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the final product is made, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.
