- HOW TO USE: Scratch off stickers are clear, see-through when scratched. Write or print text or images on cards before applying sticker and scratch off firmly with a coin to reveal content.
-According to the information from AUSPOST, the Item usually takes up to 6 working days plus
a 3 - 5 days delay allowance.
-Small and light items will be sent via AUSPOST letter rate.
-If you use parcel locker / collect/click and collect the delivery time will be even longer. (end up 15 working days for delivery), SO WE DON'T SHIP LETTER RATE ITEMS TO PARCEL LOCKER / COLLECT / CLICK AND COLLECT.
-Large and heavy items will be sent via Courier (Usually bulky and large item is local pick up only. If you want it to be sent, please send us your postcode to get an actual shipping quote)
- Local pick-up is available. We are in NORTH ROCKS 2151. Pick-up is NOT available in DUNDAS or OATLANDS. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time, normally we will reply to you within 1 hour.
- Local pick-up is strictly by appointment only. Please make sure you have the pickup QR code ready. You should have received it after you paid the order via eBay. eBay will send the confirmation email to you.
- If your order is returned due to unclaimed, the buyer needs to pay the postage again.
-We will check all items carefully before sending them out. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us with a photo of the defect. Once we confirm the item is faulty, we will send you a replacement.
-Sorry we don't provide change-of-mind returns or refunds.
-Should we accept your return request (not because of faulty), you have to pay for the return postage, and the final refund amount will be less any associated cost e.g. postage that we paid to deliver the item.
-All cancellation request needs to be raised within 5 hours after purchasing. If an item is sent, the transaction can't be canceled and refunded.
