FAQ / POLICIES

READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE:

• The manufacturer may change the packaging at any time. We DO NOT guarantee package designs. The product will remain exactly the same.

• Colors will vary from those shown on the page and packaging due to lighting, application, usage, dyes, materials, and monitor settings.
• Colors will be described as close as possible, but in most cases will be described as a generic color and hue will vary.

• PRE-ORDER / PRE-SALE items are NOT in stock.
• DUE DATE is NOT guaranteed they are estimates of when stock may be received and will always be subject to change anytime. 
• PRE-ORDER / PRE-SALE  orders will be shipped by the allotted time shown to you at the time of purchase once available.

• Shipping is only valid for addresses in the contiguous USA (lower 48 States).
• In most cases delivery can be about of 7-10 business days or less after processing.

• Any order being shipped to one will be canceled.

• We DO NOT ship to Mailbox Centers and Parcel Box addresses.

• The California Residents Prop 65 warning IF ANY will be displayed right under the the title in the description.
• Due to warning requirements imposed in California by Proposition 65, we cannot ship SELECT items to California.

• Any order place with this restriction will be canceled. 
• Placing an order will result in a charge of .30 plus MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE CHARGES for each order cancellation as a result of IGNORING the state of California restriction.

• eIS provides specialized international package exporting services from its Glendale Heights, IL, facility to your international address.

• You make your purchase and pay eBay for your order, shipping, insurance, VAT, export fees, duties, etc.

• If delivery is refused, hindered, or undelivered due to non compliance or no response from the buyer orders will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original and return cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.

• Retain original shipping box for return, avoid damaging it or using damaged packing that will further damage the return.
• If you received a wrong item contact us via email.
• In that email include photos of  the item, UPC, MPN, and the remaining sides of item received to compare to listing and invoicing.
• Return an altered or damaged item will reduce your refund if any. 

• Retain original shipping box for return damaging it or using damaged packing that will further damage the return.
• If your order was delivered via standard carrier and you received a damaged item contact us via email immediately.
• Forward photos of the items shipping packaging (shipping box exterior showing damage), Item packaging (item package exterior damage), damage to the item, the UPC on the item, the MPN on the item, and the remaining sides of item received.
• We must be notified within 24 hours upon receipt of any damage or manufacturers defect(s) to the item(s) so we may submit a claim as quickly as possible (FREIGHT ITEMS EXCLUDED see below). 
• Failure to notify us in a timely manner will only further delay the claim.
• We WILL NOT be able to accept it back for a refund if a claim is not filed properly.
• DO NOT repair item(s) without authorization. We WILL NOT accept any item back if it was repaired or alter in any way.
• We WILL NOT accept any item back if it comes back to us without its original box, packing, documentation., or damaged packaging.
• If your order was delivered via a freight carrier, inspect the items before signing the Bill of Lading (the driver's receipt of delivery to you). If the Bill of Lading is signed stating the items were received in good condition, we will NOT accept a return of the items.

• All items are in stock at the time of listing; however, in the unlikely and unforeseen event that we are unable to fulfill your order through any of our network of warehouses, we will notify you as quickly as possible and offer you a 100% refund on your purchase.
• We will continue to monitor suppliers and update you with items status.

• We are typically unable to honor cancellation requests once payment is in processing. 
• Cancellation request must be submitted through the eBay transaction ONLY, NOT via an email to us.
• Cancellation requests are NOT guaranteed.
• In order to avoid a cancellation simply DO NOT place the the order unless you are certain of your purchase.
• We will make every attempt to cancel the order.
• If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel.

• We DO NOT accept returns for buyer remorse.
• DO NOT return items without an RMA NUMBER and a return address from us.
• You will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.

• Any return shipped to a wrong address will be the responsibility of the buyer. 
• Item must be returned to the address we give you. NOT what eBay or PayPal gives you.
• Return Center must receive your item for proper processing.

• All approved returns must include a copy of the original order confirmation, return packing slip, with our RMA paperwork as proof of purchase for return.
• Buyer will pay for both our original and return shipping cost to our warehouse.
• Returns received at our warehouse without an RA number will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.
• Any return shipped to a wrong address will be the responsibility of the buyer.

• We DO NOT accept returns for SEASONAL, HOLIDAY DECOR, Non-Refundable, Closeout, Clearance item categories. 

• We report every buyer who violates and or abuses buyer, seller protections, and return policies.
