This is a vintage Lady Hamilton Ladies watch with 6 diamonds surrounding the bezel. It is marked 14K Gold L&K (Lancaster, Pa) on one end and HAMILTON the the opposite. There are six genuine diamonds on the bezel with an approximate weight of 1/10 kt.  IMPORTANT UPDATE: The watch just completed a 24 hour cycle. It was wound twice during the 24 hours, but the hands were not reset. It lost 2 minutes during the 24 hours.  The band is sterling made by Kreisler. I cannot independently test whether the stones in the bracelet are diamonds although my jeweler says they are chips.   I have not opened the case so I do not now if it has 17 jewels as many of this vintage do.
