Adults:
Take 1 tablet twice a day daily with water.

Each tablet contains:
Actaea racemosa extract dry concentrate 2.5mg from dried rhizome 21.25mg.

Actaea racemosa rhizome Extract dry concentrate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, potato starch, powdered cellulose. Contains sugars as lactose monohydrate. Contains milk products. Each tablet contains: Actaea racemosa extract dry concentrate 2.5mg from dried rhizome 21.25mg.

Excipients: Powered cellulose, potato starch, magnesium stearate and lactose monohydrate.

Contains sugars as lactose monohydrate.
