Vintage 5.75X8 page with a vintage affixed signed in fountain pen ink by Otto Lasch adding; "General of Inf."  A small tear to the page and light edge wear, otherwise, in good conditon. 

(1893-1971) Otto Lasch was a German general in the Wehrmacht during World War II who commanded the LXIV Corps. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves.
