Offered for sale is a beautiful porcelain collector plate made by Royal Copenhagen of Denmark. It is a Christmas (Jul) plate from 1926, and shows a sailboat pulled in to dock in Christianshavn Canal, Copenhagen.

It has a green stamped backmark with the Royal Copenhagen crown emblem encircled by the words ROYAL COPENHAGEN DENMARK in block capitals, above the blue water-waves mark. The title does not appear on the back of this plate.

The plate measures 7 1/4 inches (18.4cm) in diameter. A U.S. quarter is included in the second picture, to give an accurate impression of the size at a glance. A beautiful antique collector plate for your collection!

There are no chips, cracks or scratches, and no discoloration or crazing of the glaze. No damage at all. There are two holes at the back for hanging. It does NOT come with the original leaflet or box.

All my items are from a SMOKE FREE home. Check for other fine porcelain items I have for auction or sale this week, including more collector plates!

I pack all items in sturdy cartons with plenty of cushioning. My shipping time is a HIGH estimate -- I can usually ship faster than the estimated time. I am happy to combine shipping to save on postage IF doing so will not risk breakage of fragile items. If you win more than one of my auctions or sales, please wait for a revised invoice before sending payment.

International buyers please be aware that there may be customs fees and import duties not included in the cost of shipping. I will do what I can to keep the shipping costs low while still packing each item safely. If you need your item shipped overseas, PLEASE ASK FIRST about the shipping cost.

Good luck and thanks for looking!
