Wire-wrapped Turquoise necklace.

Turquoise necklace designed using 6mm round gemstones, 935 Argentium Silver wire and a 925 Sterling Silver toggle clasp.  It is approximately 20 inches in length.

Argentium Silver is purer than Sterling Silver, finishes with a whiter, brighter shine and is comparable to fine silver.

Turquoise is traditionally one of the birthstones for December; it is an opaque mineral that occurs in beautiful hues of blue, blue-green, and yellow-green. It has been a treasured gemstone for thousands of years. Some Turquoise contains inclusions of its host rock, known as the matrix, which appear as black or brown patches within the stone.

The gemstones I use are ethically sourced and hand-cut, so there may be slight differences in colour, size and inclusions within each stone.
