Modular-Designed

  • The main unit (Power Module) is a solar controller which can be integrated with different display and interface modules to meet a variety of functional requirements.
  • Display module DS2 ,Interface module UCS .
  • TRIRION controller can be widely used in RV, telecommunication base station, household system, field monitoring, etc.

Display Modular (DS2)

  • Indicators: PV & battery & load working status; three color color lights, always on or flashing to inform you of the working status.
  • Buttons: View or set the parameters
  • LCD: PV display voltage/current /generated energy/Power Battery display voltage/current/temperature/capacity
  • Load:
  • -Display voltage/ current/ power/ load working mode when the controller communicates with the PC or APP.
  • -Display voltage/current/power power consumption when the controller communicates with the inverter(only epever inverter).

Interface Module (UCS)

  • USB interface module: Dual USB 5V 2.2A USB output for electronic equipment, NOTE: USB interface is output when the load is ON.
  • COM port-RS485 interface: Controller as slave, Connect to PC or phone.
  • PC software & mobile APP ( Andriod/IOS System) can remotely monitor the controller status through this port.

NOTE: PC software & mobile APP need RS485 cable or wifi box to connect your device, RS485 cable and WIFI box doesn't include package.It is optional.

Connection Diagram

Step: Connect solar system in the order of 1.battery--> 2. load--> 3.PV array ; and disconnect solar system in the reverse order 3. 2. 1.

  • Battery must be connected first ! Never connect soalr panel array to controller Without/Before connect battery.
  • DO NOT connect any inverter/wind/Alternator or Charger into the charge controller directly ! You should connect with battery and add fuse .
  • If there is a long distance between PV array and controller or between controller and battery, larger wires can be used to reduce voltage drop and improve performance. (Recommended wire size only for reference.)

How to program for Lithium Battery？

  1. Via remote meter MT50 ;
  2. Via phone APP(Android or IOS) (Accessories needed：EPEVER-BLE-RJ45-D or EPEVER-WiFi-2.4G-RJ45-D ) ;
  3. Via PC software (Accessories needed RS485 cable :CC-USB-RS485-150U ) ,Software download website: EPever official website or read in manual .
