By default we will ship your order to your PayPal address, if you wish your order to be dispatched to an alternative address, please change your address on PayPal when checking out.

Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. You should receive your order within 3 days from dispatch. You can also choose 1st class and 1st class recorded delivery- these would be charged extra. Please do not expect tracking number if you have not paid for this service- this will go only with recorded delivery. When your item is dispatched you will be sent an email notification. We dispatch every day Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 3.00pm are usually dispatched the same day on weekdays, orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are sent the next working day.

We kindly ask to pay for your order straight after the order is placed. All payments should be made via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay by credit or debit card. To do so, when you reach the checkout, look out for the credit card symbols, then simply click the 'continue' link and you will be able to complete your purchase using your credit card or bank account. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 7 days.

If you need a VAT invoice for your order just leave us a note or email us later. It will be supplied in electronic form.

If you wish to return an item to us please do so within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is not worn/used with all tags attached. Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item, we will then send you a message with all the relevant information you will need. Please read "Returns" for more details.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you have received an incorrect item, please email us- we can resolve any problem. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refunds to show in your account.
If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
If you change your mind or you have ordered the wrong item the cost of returning a product to us is your responsibility. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. We do advise you to send your parcel back to us using a tracking service i.e. 2st Class Recorded Delivery. This service will provide you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel as the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us.
