We aim to post all items within the specified time. Items are despatched within TWO WORKING DAYS. Please bear in mind that we do not have control over Royal Mail deliveries. It can take sometimes slightly longer than expected. If for some reason, it is taking longer than expected then please contact us through Ebay and we shall do the necessary.

RETURNS POLICY

Items may be returned within 30 days, but only if they are in their original, unused condition and in the original, unmarked packaging.

CONTACT MUST BE THROUGH THE EBAY MESSAGING SYSTEM ONLY.

Contact must be made before a return is sent back to us. For unwanted items Customers are responsible for all postal costs and the postal cost of returning the item. Refund of the item cost will be made to the customers' PayPal account on our receipt of the item provided it meets the conditions stated above. For items received broken (in which case you MUST inform us of the damage on the day the item is received) or incorrectly sent items the postal service (i.e. cost) used to return the item MUST be the same as that used by us to dispatch the item.

You may use a different service if you wish but ONLY the amount originally paid by us to dispatch the item will be refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. However, we are happy to assist in making a claim for a lost or damaged in post item by supplying the proof of posting receipt and a claim form.
