Uses the simple tried and tested technology of splitting common salt into its separate components one of which is chlorine, dissolving itself into the pool water. The concentration of salt cannot normally be tasted it is of the order of 10% of that of seawater.
Huge savings can be achieved in both time and chemical cost with only common salt required for the continuous dosing these units offer. Under normal operation the reliance on other additional pool chemicals is also reduced. The natural chlorine these units produce being far better for the skin with reduced irritation.
In the normal circulation of the pool water the salt components will recombine back into salt and be reused again when passing through the salt cell.
